Please remember that to ensure your booking is confirmed a non-returnable deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of requesting a booking. For a single pen £20 per week or part of week, for two cats £30 per week or part of week and for other numbers £40 per week or part of week. If a deposit is not received we will release the dates for others to book. To enable us to continuing providing a good service at a reasonable cost we have to insist on a fee to be paid as we have had a number of customers not turning up or cancelling at the last minute which costs the cattery £’s.

We are closed on Bank holidays and substitute bank holidays for drop off and pick up.

Open Monday to Friday 9am to 11am and 3:30pm to 5pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm.
