In 1995, Shabir Hussain opened a tiny 28-seat restaurant on Leeds Road in Bradford with a simple mission: to serve South Asian food so authentic it felt like home, but with an ambition that reached far beyond the city limits.

Open Monday to Thursday 5pm to 11:30pm, Friday 5pm to midnight, Saturday 4:30pm to midnight, and Sunday 4pm to 11pm.
