Craig Finch is an award winning butcher now based in Harborne, Birmingham. He was established in December 2010 and since then he has gained a lot of trust and confidence in the way he trades and the quality of his produce. He has also gained a lot of recognition for the countless awards he has won within the meat industry. He offers a wide variety of cuts of meat, speciality Sausages including his Pork and leek sausage wich has just been awarded winner of Champion of Champions 2013, and a range of Award winning Pork Pies.

For the seasonal occasion, we also feel that we have found the best in award winning free range kelly bronze turkeys and geese, produced by G.B.Geese , whose farm is based in the Leicestershire countryside. The Boterill family have been tending the farm for the last 70 years, using traditional farming methods to produce the very best free range poultry
