Root Reformer Studio is a women-only , hijabi-friendly mat and reformer pilates studio, located in Aston, Birmingham. We’ve launched with the intention of empowering women from all backgrounds.

Open Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 9pm, Friday 7:30am to 4pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 1pm.
